Can into a snifter showing hazy cloudy orange peel with very thin sparse white foam. The nose shows strong and concentrated notes of grapefruit, orange rind, and citrus. The palate is medium bodied with light sediment and light carbonated. Flavors of strong grapefruit and orange zest with a very light citric edge. Finish on a strong grapefruit citric zest bitterness. Strong in many ways but very well balanced.
