Bottle. Gusher. Color: Hazy golden, huge white head. Aroma: Fruit gooseberry, a lot of rural funk, oak wood. Taste: Fruity gooseberry and citrus fruit, a lot of farm barn and horse blanket funk, oak wood and tannins, minerals. I like the funky side of this Geuze. Moderate to over moderate tart. Above average carbonation, medium body. Besides of the heavy carbonation this is a very nice Gueuze. Note to myself: Get some for ageing.

375mL bottle at Internationella Pressklubben. Pours clear gold with a white head. Tons of musty old upholstery, old wood, leather on the nose. Flavour has dry leather, upholstery, musty old wood; good initial punch of tartness that fades across the palate. Excellent.

375mL bottle at Pressklubben, pours a hazy copper orange with a small white head. Aroma has a nice barnyard funk, musty leather, and some earthy sweat socks. Flavour has a wonderful barnyard funk character, old leather, some sweat socks, and very gentle citric character. Excellent funk character, and wonderfully constructed.

Flaska från SB. Snustorr och krispig, knivskarp syra. Utan att vara svår. Eller svår och svår, visst är den stram och-element tydlig beska men noll acetisk. Citrus, krusbär, omogen persika, trä, mineraler, lätt funkig. Mycket gott
