Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2023, Friday. Clear golden beer with a white head. Aroma and Taste of tart white grapes, brett, vinegar, zest, lime.

pours clear, pale yellow. Scent is full, buttery tartness, farmhouse style. Taste is sharp, honeyed acidity. very malty finish.

Draught Small rim over liquid looking as still white wine. Sourish & vinous, white wine made from rhubarb. Sweet, with a fine sourish edge, enhanced by the CO². Fruity, again sourish white wine. A bit spritzy. Very much like Cava, even in body. Refreshing, nice. Saison??

On tap at Balance, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out a fragrant wild yeast character, plenty of rustic saison yeast, and gentle funk. Flavour is buggy and wild, with lots of complex wild yeast, gently tart citrus, a little oak, and some funk. Really complex yeast expression, ample carbonated, and oaky. Excellent.

Pale blond colour with light haze and lasting lacy head. Aroma and flavour have layers of funk and citrus. Gentle oak and vanilla in the background. Tart, refreshing. Nice citric sharpness.
