Nutmeg, cinnamon, pumpkin, vanilla caramel malt, and hay aroma. Amber with small head. Very sweet nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla, caramel malt, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Good body.

A golden ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with loads of pumpkin spices, alcohol warmth, cloves, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet caramel malt with loads of dark fruits, pumpkin spices, light cloves, alcohol warmth, very nice. On tap at Alkies.

12oz bottle. Poured a clear yellow-orange color with a small off-white head. The aroma is straight pumpkin gourd, if you ever had pumpkin before, you'll know what I'm talking about. After a couple whiffs you get a little bit of caramel. Flavor is mostly pumpkin with some caramel in it.

12 oz bottle, 9/29/24. Clear lighter orange color, off white head, not much lace. Sweet caramel and butterscotch aroma, with pumpkin pie spices as well. Very very sweet. Good bit of an odd, boozy thing on the mouthfeel. Kind of like if you threw Grandma's candies into a PSL, and topped it off with a handful of sugar cubes. I haven't had it in forever, but I remember thinking PumKing was pretty good back in the day. This one, yeah this one ain't it. 5/3/4/2/9

The aroma is of caramel, fall spices, and malt. The flavor is of sweet caramel with pumpkin, malt, and spices. The caramel is a bit much, in my opinion, making it more syrupy and cloying than I want. It’s still alright but the original Pumking is a clear winner between the two for me.

12 ounce bottle. Orange gold color. Frothy beige head. Aroma of butterscotch and cinnamon. Flavor is bittersweet and spicy. Grainy malt leads to notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, clove and caramel. A bit of artificial flavoring pervades here. The finish is bitter and sticky.
