0,75l bottle shared during blabaer line. Purple color, small pink head. Smells of berry notes, gooseberries, jammy, lactic, nice to very nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. Tastes citric, berry notes, rather lactic, earthy, peppery. Finishes rather dry and rather sour with notes of berry notes, lactic and earthy notes. Quite sour

Bottle shared by Tom, thanks! Pours a hazy earthy purple with an off white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of boysenberry with a bit of yogurt and bit of funk underlying. Flavor has very sour boysenberry with a bit of yogurt and light oak backing.

Dark purple, with some haze. Not much head. There's a lot of berry here, and it's quite acetic. The balance isn't bad, and the berry is decent. To me, the finish is fairly acetic.

Poured from a 750 ml Boysen Premiere bottle. Aroma is very boysenberry forward and somewhat jammy. Moderate berry skin tannins with some light oak notes and tannins as well. A light phenolic note that comes across as berry leaves and stems. A faint citrus note. Pours a deep, very dark purple, with a thick, medium sized, purple head that recedes steadily to the edges where it lingers briefly before disappearing. Flavor is rather acidic, but only slightly sharp. There is a light citrus note. Moderately strong berry juice notes with a light jamminess. Some light stem and leaf phenolic notes. Moderate tannins with a hint of oak. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a very boysenberry forward beer. There is a ton of berry juice character with a bit of other berry notes as well. Acidity is fairly prevalent, but it is only a bit sharp. Fairly one dimensional.
