Süßlicher, würzig holziger Beginn. Moderate Herbe, beerig, Alkohol. Etwas Schokolade, intensiv holzig, langer Nachgeschmack. Gut! 8/11/12/12//12

11/XI/23 - on tap @ Billies Craft Beer Festival (Antwerp), Day 2 - part 1, BB: n/a (2023-958) Thanks to Sebletitje, ElManana and others for sharing today’s beers!

Little cloudy dark red brown beer, small creamy beige head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: a bit medicinal, caramel, sugary, a bit malty, lots of alcohol. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: sugary start, pretty sweet, lots of caramel, overripe banana, dried fruits, dates, sugary. Aftertaste: lots of dried fruits, figs, dates, lots of alcohol, a bit sourish, ok. Not that good TBH, despite being one of my first beers of the day.
