Panda courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Deep brown colour, thin tan head and aroma of bourbon barrel, wood, oak, vanilla, caramel. Taste is sweetish, malt, caramel, toffee, with bourbon notes, barrel, oak, vanilla, booze, with some woody tannic bitterness. Medium bodied, low carbonation, boozy finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle shared at CBJ - cheers to MadMitch. Pours slightly unclear amber with a small, creamy tan head. Fairly sweet, lots of dried semi-dark fruits, some peach, but of toasted wood, undertones of toffee. Medium to full bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly warming finish, fruity, a touch of vanilla, more peach. Interesting stuff. Quite tasty.

Bottle share at CBJ. Thanks to me. Just a light haze on this amber brown beer, small tan head. Smooth and semi dry palate, decent fine carbonation, very very light palate for the abv. Remarkably light malts, some creamy sweetness with slightly boozy caramel and toffee. Ripe bourbon fruits and more and sweeter caramel. Smooth and semi dry finish, quite spicy. More Bruery high abv drinkalble nonsense, luv it!

Bottle pour in share with AirForceHops--thanks, Chris! Appearance is cloudy dark brown with light sparkle, fleeting cap of light brown head and no lacing. Aroma is strong bourbon, chocolate, caramel and vanilla, all well balanced. Taste is rich, sweet flavor as aroma with late hint of apple/dark fruit. Mouthfeel is medium-to-full bodied with thick texture, soft-to-average carbonation, nice alcohol warmth and finish as taste. Overall, not getting the coffee, which is likely related to age, but very well crafted and enjoyable.

750 ml bottle from the RS. Aroma is milk chocolate, soft bourbon, caramel. Body is thick and full with a creamy texture. Coffee can’t be found at this point. Bourbon warmth is here after the sip and shows a nice warming in the belly. Pretty mellow after 3+ years of aging. However, I think it probably shouldn’t be should’ve been open a year and a half ago.
