Love Bird is a wild-fermented rosé cider that celebrates red-fleshed fruit. Made from Discovery, Redlove and Bramley apples. With wild strawberry, cherry, rose and sherbert on the nose and palate. Finishes with a bright acidity and citrus. Pours a delicate rose blush hue.

440ml can. Clear golden with red/pink hue. Aroma very odd at first, almost meaty/smokey in a way but disappeared after some time, then apple and some red fruits. Taste was a little better, apple and again some red fruits (subtle strawberry, berries), slightly tart, light funk.

Can thanks to George. Appearance - clear, rose wine colour. Steady carbonation. Nose - dry apple and apple skin. Taste - bitter apple skin and Granny Smith. Palate - very dry, which I like. Then just stops short of astringent. Overall - like it. Better on not the coldest day of the year.

440ml can from Cat in the Glass. Pinkish golden colour, foamy white head that dissipates away and aroma of fruity apple, fleshy, strawberry hint. Taste is sweetish, tart, apple, fruity fleshy, strawberry & gooseberry notes, with some leathery funk and drying acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry funky acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
