11/4/2024. Bottle bought direct from the cidery, enjoyed whilst staying at The Sefton, Douglas. Pours clear dark pink / crimson with a small short lasting bubbly white head. Aroma is strawberry, lime, mojito, leaves, citrus. Quite sweet with slight citric tartness. Moderate body, fizzy. Best so far of the IoC fruited ciders.

500ml bottle from Isle of Cider. Pale orangey pink colour, short-lived thin white head and aroma of strawberry, lime. Taste is sweet, strawberry, with some lime flavouring and hint of apple. Medium bodied, high carbonation, sweet & citric finish. Very sweet.
