11/4/2024. Bottle bought direct from the cidery, enjoyed whilst staying at The Sefton, Douglas. Pours clear dark red with a small bubbly white/pinkish head. Aroma is sweet raspberry, berries, apple, ribena, neopolitan ice cream. Very sweet, slightest tart edge. Moderate body, quite fizzy: Too sweet for my liking. This is not Ruby Tuesday!

500ml bottle from Isle of Cider. Clear red colour, thin foam rim and aroma of raspberry, apple. Taste is sweet, raspberry cordial, apple, sugary, with some citric acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, sweet raspberry flavour finish. OK, very sweet.
