Half pint from the cask at the Blue Bell, York. Pours a clear golden with a white head. Aromas & tastes of fruit, citrus , biscuit & light malt. Medium body. Light bitter finish. Highly enjoyable

Cask at Brass Castle Tap Room. Gluten Free. Slightly hazed golden colour, white foam head leavng lacing and aroma of malt, fruity, hops. Taste is malty, grainy, fruity, citrus, graperuit, pine with hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying tangy hoppy bitter finish. Nicely drinkable

Cask at the Blue Bell, York. Sampled 25/02/2022. Pours clear straw golden with a tight white head. Aroma: grains, bread, grass, straw. Taste: light sweet & bitter, grains, tangy citrus, straw, grassy hop. Creamy. Light to medium body with fine carbonation.

On cask at Brass Castle Tap Room Malton - Clear yellow body, solid creamy white top. Sharp citrussy bite to this one, a bit grassy in the nose, but more kick to the taste. Not much else going on.

Cask at the Blue Bell York, a clear golden yellow straw coloured pour with a lasting white froth. Aroma is nice bready grains, apple, grass, apple, hedgerow hop. Straw. Flavour is composed of, earrhy grains, straw, grass, apple, vanilla, sponge cake,. Palate is semi sweet, spicy hop, grainy, good cask condition.
