Dark brown. No head. The aroma goes heavy on the marshmallow/vanilla character. On the palate, similarly bombastic vanilla. The cacao maybe shows in a touch of bitter chocolate, but you kind of have to look for it. It's fairly sweet. There's a bit of alcohol late and some barrel accents...I think the initial sip is colder and you only get vanilla but more flavours come out as it warms. It's a good one.

12 oz. bottle, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is wonderfully pastrified, with plenty of marshmallow, cocoa, vanilla, coconut, and a touch of sugars. Flavour is cohesive in the adjunct department, with plenty of coconut, marshmallow, gentle vanilla, and cocoa. Not much roast, but there’s good base malts to hold this together. Excellent.

12oz bottle. Pours very dark brown. Coconut, vanilla, and marshmallow on the nose. Flavour has coconut, vanilla, cacao, sweet chewy malts, and a nice bourbon barrel wrapping. Not a whole lot of roast, but the base is strong and the adjuncts are well-incorporated. Very nice.

12oz @ Brian's shared with Ryan and Phill.
Aroma: sweet, a lot of chocolate and coconut, marshmallow and vanilla.
Taste: along the same lines, chcocolaty, on the thinner side.
Overall: pleasant.

Poured from 12 fl oz bottle (bottled 10/16/2025). Very dark brown with very minimal beige head. Vanilla, marshmallow, and chocolate, with feint coconut, don't really pick up much bourbon, but a tasty pastry.

Tap at Drunk Uncle. Sweet, heavy.. Flavoring overload. Flailing, barely making contact. Gross overloaded vanilla marshmallow. Barrel tries but can't cut through the candy lame sugar. Shows some barrel, but crap beer.

Bottle pour from The Beer Store, Salem. Opaque inky black with ring of head. Aroma is strong bourbon, vanilla, cacao nibs and marshmallow. Taste is bourbon, sweet malts, milder vanilla and marshmallow; coconut late and mild. Smooth texture, medium bodied, soft carbonation and finish as taste w/mild alcohol presence. Really good if you lean sweet and don't care for any roasted bitterness.

Smooth, sweetish and slightly roasty with some coffee and earthiness, hints of bourbon and stingy wood.
