Baeren Young Cidre 6.5% Incredibly pale gold with virtually no foam. It kind of reminds me of peach or pear juice visually. Nice slightly funky musty apple aroma. Medium bodied and finishing incredibly dry. Apple and mild funk. Very much like a flavorful European type semi-dry cider. Pretty good.

Nice stuff. Lots of apple flavour, dry, nicely sparkling. Like their ciders a lot!

Bottle, part of the 3 month mail order set. Nose is fresh apple, bit of yeasty funk, citrus. Pale yellow with green tints, hazy, with lace. Flavor is not very sweet, light to medium acidity, and some bitterness in the finish. Not bad, and not the usual tasteless dessert apple thing going on. Not really sure what they did--it is young, but 6.5% and not very sweet. I wonder where the tartness comes from, since Japanese apples are almost never tart. Anyway, it's not great, but likable enough.
