We chose to celebrate enhanced economic trading with the esteemed Brouwerij Kees by investing in very special yeast - an isolated strain from Brasserie d'Achouffe. Expect spice, clove and orange notes from the yeast working in harmony with an expressive European hop profile that includes enriched Mandarina Bavaria.

Hazy yellow with a good white head. Citrus my, hoppy, yeasty aroma. Taste has citrus, banana, bready, grassy hop. It's crisp and fresh with a clean finish carrying a touch of spice. Good stuff and very refreshing.

#ThirstyCoE beer 10/12. 330ml bottle. Murky pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma is citrus, herbal, yeast. Taste is citrusy, herbal, spicy yeast, bready, floral. Medium body, soft carbonation. Decent, one of the better beers from this set.

Keg at six degrees north Edinburgh. Pours hazy yellow, nose is herbal, grassy, spices, taste is similar, juicy.
