This very special beer was crafted especially for Billie´s craft beer fest 2023. The base of the beer is a big imperial stout, patiently aged for 18 months in Heaven Hill and Jim Bean bourbon barrels. Then infused with high-quality cacao nibs, raw coconut, and toasted coconut for added complexity. The end result is a rich and velvety imperial stout with complex and natural flavors of roasted malts, caramel, chocolate, oak, vanilla and of course coconut. This beer is not a pastry stout, and it was never meant to be one. Cheers!

Jet black. Green apple (acetaldehyde), bourbon, toasted coconut, wet wood, fig. Sweet green apple, vanilla & coconut. Peppery hops, wood and boozy bourbon alcohol. Medium body, thin oily-alcoholic texture. Has potential, but it's way too young.

Clear dark brown to black beer, no head. Aroma: lots of alcohol, pretty chemical, thin, not very convincing. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of alcohol, a bit sourish, pretty sugary, sweet, more alcohol, bitter, almonds, a bit oxidized. Aftertaste: bitter, dry, hint of coconut, pretty sugary, lots of alcohol, acetaldehyde.
