After maturing for over 2 years and with luxurious chocolate to the fore, hints of vanilla and coffee, soft blueberry and a tart hit of blackcurrant, you must be careful.

Tap at Winter Affair '25. Notes are brief. This one is all about the fruitiness, which is all over the place. Chocolate and roast malt are present, but kinda secondary. No problem with that. Overall quite good.

Tap at Winter Affair. Black body, no head. Fermented berries, caramel and light cocoa in the slightly sharp aroma without much alcohol. Lean, dry taste. Honey, fermented berries, blueberries, light cocoa, bitterish. Fun!

Pours black, no real head. Scent is full, berries, roasty. Taste is sharp, thin, fruit-heavy with the fruit acidity to match the (pure) chocolate base flavors. OK.
