Bottled. A cloudy pinkish beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of grapes, and citrus fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemons, grapes, wood, and funk, leading to a dry finish. 7/3/7/3/14

Bottle. Slight hazy dark pink. Brett, wheat, herbal, dry grape skins, leathery, raspberries, marzipan, popcorn. Medium sour and sweet, light popcorn bitter lasting finish. Quite foodz though the finish is a bit weird.

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Ambrata brillante, schiuma bianco sporca media. Naso non pulitissimo, lievito selvatico, stalla, note vinose, legno, vaniglia. In bocca va decisamente meglio, acida, vinosa, frutta rossa, ottimo bilanciando, buona struttura e rotondità. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Molto buona.
