[50cl bottle from my local Waitrose.] A shiny opaque black pour with a trace of pale tan head; aroma of chocolate syrup; taste of strong sweet coffee; then a slightly drier finish with some maple syrup. Too sweet for me.

Bottle. Dark brown, a near cm of beige head that lasts indefinitely. Aroma of caramel syrup, some coffee, even less roast. A little less sweet than suggested by the aroma with roast, coffee and a drying note that suggests maple syrup. Modest bitterness. Complex and pretty good but maybe a little sweet for me.

Large rocky white head left a froth in a dark reddish brown coloured body.
Coffee, chocolate & tiramisu aroma - smells a bit fake TBH.
Medium bodied, smooth with a cloying back.
Chocolate, coffee & sweet concentrated berries with an overly sweet finish.
Tastes completely fake with the added flavourings - very poor from this excellent brewery.

Bottle from Sainsbury's and drunk at home. Black beer dark brown colour lasting beige head. Aroma of Chocolate and fudge. More of the same in the mouth. Pretty good a nice toffee caramel fudge chocolate stout. Very decent. Light bitterness on the finish. Liked it.
Roasty, coffee/latte, milky sweetness, a bit sugary.
