Collab with brewer Thom's brother-in-law PJ. PJ runs a vineyard (Wijndomein De Zwaluw) in Kasterlee where he produces some of the best wines of Belgium. As it was harvest time, Thom helped out and was paid in buckets of fresh Johanniter grape juice which was used the following day on brew day.
During active fermentation a truckload of 100% blood orange puree was added to finish off this wonderful melody of a crushable sour.
