This IPA is designed to showcase the delicious coconut and woody notes of neo-mexicanus hops. We used them in a few new ways in the brewhouse - first by putting some in the mash and second by putting some in the fermenter prior to knock out. All are designed to bring out the flavours more intensely. And with the dry hop we've added a touch of coconut flakes to enhance the real coconut essence.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Hazy orange colour, small head. Syrupy peach aroma. Sweet with medium to full body and rounded mouthfeel. Peaches in syrup, fruity caramel. Low bitterness.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Hazy yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, fruity, some coconut and mild herbal tones with mild herbal tones. Flavour is fruity, coconutty and some oaty and mild herbal tones with some earthy elements. Quite non-saying.

ABV: 7.0%. Murky medium yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, fruity malt, moderate hoppy, orange, fruity hops, dried fruit, apricot, dried apricot, fruity hops - fruit juice. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet fruit, fruity hops, orange, dried fruit, apricot, dried apricot. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20240201]

Tap at Valhalla Prague. Hazy golden body, off-white head, thick. Lemony aroma, bit tart, some gummi bears. Sourish lemon gummi bear taste. Eh, dunno. No coconut. Nice flavors but the sourness throws me off, despite the body being soft otherwise.
