Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Nice bready grain aroma with herbal-ish bittering hop. Light sweet with a light to moderate bitterness. Body is medium. Highly drinkable, good Keller.

Bottle at Rewe Bamberg and drunk with Nelson. Hazy gold colour lasting white head. Aroma of some malt some hop. Flavour of some malt pale malt some lemon curd sweet hop finish. Moderate to light hopping. Decent enough. Very drinkable

Optisch sattes Gold, Schaum passt. In der Nase Karamell, ebenso im Trunk. Etwas wässrig vielleicht, dürfte gerne intensiver sein. Spät bitter.

(Bottle, In De Wildeman, Amsterdam, 17 Feb 2024) Golden colour with lasting, off-white head. Malty nose with bread, grain, hay and herbal hops. Malty taste with notes of bread, grain, hay and a mild herbal bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and harmonious. Nice one.

500 ml bottle. Unclear orange golden with a fluffy head. Mostly cereals, DMS, some sourdough, metal, lemon zest. Grainy metallic bittersweetness. Medium bodied, oily watery texture, lively carbonated, dry grainy metallic DMS finish. Disappointing for a Franconian Kellerbier, misses depth and complexity, even surprisingly dull somehow.
