We have known the team at Odd Island since their early days, shared several late night pilsners, good stories and buckets of Coronas with them.

They are known for all day everyday easy drinking flavorful beers, something that resonates with our aim to make beers that are approachable for everyone, everywhere. That can inspire a new generation of beer drinkers.

Together we decided to build from one of their most popular beers, a fruited sour with raspberries and passionfruit. Our take on it has an extra amount of raspberries before being rounded off by vanilla, and with our love for licorice we had to involve Lakritsfabriken in Ramlösa to add an extra layer to the beer, a gentle touch of licorice. Just enough to add depth to the flavor spectrum, but not too much go all pastry sour.
