Один из лучших квадов что я пил. Невероятный мед и сухофрукты, прям курага и сухая слива темная, пыльца цветочная, бочка очень мягкая. Сладость высокая но все очень в идеальном балансе.

Shared @ Belgian Beer Geeks tasting. Thanks a lot! Dark amber/brown, almost no foam. Complex nose, dried fruit, vanilla, wood, sherry. Good!

Bottle shared at RBBWG 2023. Autumnal red color, beige head. Smell and taste malts, the base beer is there perfectly with a real addition with the sherry. Awesome. Sweetish but very balanced.

Pours dark , slightly unclear dark blonde. Nearly no head. Scent is smooth, vanilla, very slight touch of raisin. Taste is sharp, new oak bite, PX is very hidden. Light body, medium high carbo. Bit of a let-down, being a big Sherry (and PX) fan

9/XII/23 - 37.5cl bottle @ BBGG winter 23-24, BB: VIII/2048 10:32, L15H23 (2023-1147) Thanks to Benzai for sharing the bottle!
Clear dark amber to brown beer, big solid creamy light beige head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: malty, grains, hay, cow fodder, lots of ripe banana. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of alcohol, malty, some bubble gum, some banana, bitter touch, some tannins, a bit spicy, sweet, caramel. Aftertaste: a bit sweet, yeasty, lots of ripe banana.

Bottle, directly from monastry shop. Color: Clear copper to ruby, thin beige head. Aroma: Raisins, dark dried fruit, Sherry. Malty. Taste: Sweetish but not too sweet, dark malt, sweet grapes, Sherry, lightly boozy. Raisins, caramel, candy sugar, figs and dates. Some toasted oak. Over moderate to medium sweet, light to moderate bitter hoppy background. Full and smooth body, below average carbonation. Another nice Oak Aged from La Trappe. One to fully enjoy slow sipping.
