Your favourite and strangest ode to all things breakfast has returned! We started with our flagship porter and then added copious amounts of both our very own Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup and freshly roasted coffee from our friends at Detour Coffee, who are based in Hamilton. The result is a beautiful marriage of chocolate and sweet maple syrup that is balanced with the fresh roastiness of the coffee. A cozy favourite!

Really nice roast, solid dark coffee notes, soft maple syrup. A great combo of bitter roasty dark coffee and sweet maple syrup. Creamy, light, semi sweet, and medium bitter. Nice stuff.

Dark brown, with a thin head. So lots of coffee and maple on the nose. On the palate it's quite sweet, with a soft maple character. Body almost feels artificial. The sweetness and bitterness both kind of go hard here.

473mL can. Pours deep dark brown with small beige head. Aroma has coffee and maple syrup; a touch of green pepper, dissipating as it warms up. Flavour a ton of maple syrup and coffee, good roast. Really nice adjunct flavours, tons of maple syrup without it being overpowering. The mouthfeel is fairly thin. Still pretty solid though.
