Oekraïne. Voor dit bier zijn beide brouwers buiten hun comfort zone gegaan. Dit bier is een ziltige en zure gose dat 4 maanden op houten vaten heeft gerijpt. De tomaten, rode pepers, himalaya zout en kruiden zorgen voor een explosie aan smaken met genoeg balans om doordrinkbaar te blijven.

Tap @MBCC 2024, Blue Session. Cloudy golden, white head. Sour, acetic berry aroma. Sour flavour, berries, a little leather, sweet berries. Nice rough finish.

Tap at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 20th March 24. Pours straw in colour. Aroma has spice and fruit. Taste is funky, spicey, tomato, sweet and tart. Really interesting and tasty with some spice and funk
