A citrus-forward gose brewed with Oranges, Coriander, Himalayan rock salt, and our house culture of lactobacillus.
Taste: Refreshing citrus sour notes come through mixed with hints of fresh rye fields, and balanced out by a sweet, jammy orange juiciness. Even more floral zest shines through as the glass warms.
Appearance: Golden orange with a brief white head.
Nose: Freshly peeled citrus, hints of exotic spicy coriander, and some tropical guava on the nose, with some inviting hints of saltiness.
Malts: Pale malt, wheat malt, rye malt, cara pale
Hops: Hallertau Blanc, HBC 431
OG 13.8° ; FG 3.2° ; IBU 10
Serve 6–10˚C

Clear amber with a very thin white head. Orange aroma with some tangerine as well. Sour taste with a hint of salt. Medium bitter finish. Nice summer ale.

Bottle from Morrisons, Moston. Orange-golde with a very thin head. Slightly sugary in its nose, slightly herbal in its taste, there's a low fruitiness evident in both and bit of a fizz on the tongue. Soured finish.

330ml bottle from the Farmers Bar, Puchong, Malaysia. Poured a hazy golden orange colour with a short-lived, frothy white head. The aroma is orange, tangerine, light yeast. The flavour is moderate to light sour, with a light, crisp, fresh juicy orange citrus, light herbal, salty palate. Medium to light bodied with average to soft carbonation.

5/2/2021. Bottle from Two Brews, Colchester. Pours dark amber orange with minimal head. Aroma is bitter orange, passion fruit, salted caramel. Medium sweetness and bitterness, moderate sour, touch salty. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Odd bitter/tart finish. Not keen on this even though I usually like Gose and Pohjala beers.

I'm loving sours and the like, and this one steps up to the (bottom end) of the (tart) plate - pours a nice clear pale gold with a small bubbly white head, and a nice aroma of slightly sour tangerine. The mouthfeel has a touch of dry effervescence, with a refreshing and zesty tart fruit and sea salt flavour, finishing off pretty dry
