Bottle from Pub-up-beershop, Wolvega. Aroma is bretty funk, oak barrels (red wine?), tart fruity character with apricot, more stone fruit, malt. Flavour is tart and medium sour with a medium body. A little sweetness. Fairly complex with apricot, brett funk, oak. Lovely.

26/2/2022. Bottle shared with the ITFC boys at the Morecambe tasting. From Lauvas Alus, Riga. Pours clear dark gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma is woody, citrus, apricot, yeast, touch of tobacco. Moderate sweetness and bitterness with medium sour. Medium body, slightly oily and watery, soft carbonation. Good.

Bottle from Beerdome. Medium head with medium duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are lactose acid, fruits, apricots, malt, citrus and has a nice sour finish.
