Tap at 100 piv. Relatively clean on the nose. Dark purple blood colour, clear. Taste is also clean, well balanced. The special ingredients are assertively present, but not overpowering. Moderate sourness, thin body, moderate carbonation. Easy drinking, good one.

Taster @ Uba ja Humal, Tallinn. Poured beetroot red in color. Earth, beetroot woody sour aroma. Beetroot chewy, sour and gravel. Not for me.

33cl bottle from Rimi, Tallinn. Pours clear, deep red with a short-lived, pink head. Beetroot, sour berries and salt. Fruity and acidic, quite refreshing.

Bottle at Sip Shop: pours watered down borsch with almost no head or rather the pink head disappears immediately. Aroma is beet juice and quince. Taste is sweet and juicy. Fruity aftertaste. Beets!
