Standard version of Hoptopia, draught at Monkey Bar, Bryggerifestivalen '23, second day. Shared with bergstaden. Hazy pale golden body, lacing rings down the glass, covering white head. Ripe citrus smell, hints of lemony hops. Similar taste of citrus, orange and lemon. Juice fruity ending with a bitter backdrop. Medium bodied. Pleasing (Trondheim, 04.08.2023).

Can. An unclear orange colored beer with a finger-thick white head. Nice curtains. The aroma is orangey and grapefruity, with some pine cones and a faint note of pale malts. Some wort-like scents too. It's medium to full-bodied, nicely carbonated and quite dry, with a decent bitterness. Orange, some grapefruit and grass, pine cones and pale malts in the flavor. Oat-ish malts too, and I guess that has contributed to both body fullness and smoothness. Long citrusy finish. A beer that wouldn't hurt from some more body and alcohol, but it's very fine anyway. 220105
