Bottled 08-06-18. Purplish red colour. Moderately tart, very dry. Some fruity berries, but too much hibiscus for me. Could do with more fruit.

Aus der Flasche (bottled 08.06.2018 - bbe 08.06.2020) im 2018-11 getrunken. Dieses Blaubeer-Holunder Bier hat eine kräftige Purpurne Farbe. Die Blaubeeren sorgen für eine feine Frucht und der Holunder senkt die Säure dieser trübe Weiße auf ein Minimum. Lecker und Süffig das Teil!

Keg at borefts. Pours ruby, nose is funky, berries, taste is tart, juicy, fruity.

Sampled @ Borefts Beer Festival 2018. A clear reddish brown beer with a small white. Aroma of red berries, beet root, grapes. Taste of tart red grapes, berries, refreshing.

Wenig säuerlicher Beginn. Spritzig, leicht herb, die Fruchtnoten sind unterrepräsentiert. Süffig, moderat herb, kurzer Nachhall. 10/8/9/8//8

Bottle shared at a tasting at troubles' place. Thanks David K. for this bottle! Nice deep red. Pickled vegetables, yogurt, berries, tart and slightly sweetish, light to medium-bodied. Pretty nice.

Bottle. Dark pink pour. Aroma of berries, oak, vanilla, tart, floral notes and cherry. Taste has smooth blueberries, vanilla, cherry, tart, oak and floral tones. I quite like this.

On tap at Kanaal, pours a sexy raspberry red with some thin, white head. Nose has fruit roll up and popsicle, raspberry, cherry, faint Rose’ wine. Flavor has a lick of lemon, otherwise the Berliner is MIA, cherry, raspberry, heavy popsicle. Finishes oily but then a touch watery.

Rozerood bier zonder schuim. Smaak is licht zuur en licht fruitig met iets van bessen, aardbei en yoghurt. Is niet echt zuur en een bijzondere smaak, daarom best goed.
