From tap (7.5%) @ La Binouze in Paris. Head is big, pink, good retention. Colour is red, hazy. Aroma is sour fruity, woody, grapes, bit red wine, red berries. Taste is light sour fruity, red berries, raspberries, bit woody, grapes, soft carbonation, not BA yet very nice for the style, enjoyed for sure.

Keg at CW Family & Friends, Feb 2020. Pours light hazed red with an orange tinge with a little crimson head. Aroma: sour dark berries, grape must, light raisins, funk. Taste: dry, light tartness, tangy berries, white grape, raisins, hay, funk. Medium body with light carbonation. Another super interesting Mont Saleve creation.

Keg at CW Family & Friends, Session 2 @Manchester Central, 22/02/20. Lightly hazed reddish orange with a faded crimson cap. Nose is grape must, tangy berries, funk, dry rot, hay bale. Taste comprises jammy berries, raisins, dusty hay, vinous trace, funk, white grape pips. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a balanced level of acidity. Solid sour, good balance and some complexity.
