Our seasonal oak aged organic peach beer is brewed with local Oregon fruit. Peche 'n Brett is brewed and refermented with the peaches in our Seizoen Bretta. One and a half pound of peaches are added to each gallon of Bretta to produce a secondary fermentation resulting in complex peach aroma and flavor, hop balance and subtle malt character, followed up with brettanomyces and oak derived fruity dryness. Final refermentation with pear juice provides natural carbonation with added aromas and flavors in the bottle.

Bottle best before 10/2020, from joenugs, shared with Nelson on 6/25/16.
Massive amounts of head/carbonation as usual from Logsdon. Light yellow tint to its otherwise snow white color and a bright, clear, copper-canteloupe-golden body.
Big peachy nose is almost all skin, lending leathery, spicy and even earthy notes to the otherwise well-malted (cookies and cream, dry caramel, vanilla) and moderately "bretted" nose. Some definite booze to it, though it’s not intense, with heavy lime and hickory nut skin on the finish mixing with the peach to add a unique complexity.
Strong peach skin/pit in the flavor with white grape and heavily attenuated peach juice. Tons of acidity resulting with moderate brett tartness but also a bit of inelegant bread and heavy floral character from the brett. Lip smacking juiciness and a richly malted but fairly well attenuated texture with all of the full, fairly tight carbonation that comes with their beers. Maybe a bit too much carbonation and body, in the end with some booziness to boot. But the peaches are done better here, and uniquely so, than any other peach beer I can recall. So much leather, white grape, tart juice and wonderfully integrated with the malt.

750 ml bottle. Great peach nose, creamy, some yogurt, grapefruit, just lovely, juicy fruit that is a bit reminiscent of a good ice cider. PRetty orange-gold, cloudy. Great body, fine carbonation that works perfectly. Wonderful flavors of peach and cream. Perfect level of sour, which is there but not in your face. A wonderful beer.

Bottle: Poured a hazy orangey/golden color ale with a large off-white foamy head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma of light tart notes with funky yeast notes and fresh peach notes is quite awesome. Taste is a great mix between some peach notes with loads of tart notes with light acidic flavours and some funky yeast notes also noticeable. Body is full with limited filtration and good carbonation. Best peach beer I have ever had with lots of dominating flavours and nice balance between the funky and tart flavours.

Fruity aroma delivers the entire peach panoply, juice, peel, from fresh to overripe, additional subdued funky bretty notes. Taste is dry, slightly tart, fruity, an orgy of peach flavours, funky bretty notes come along well integrated. A masterpiece!
