Bottle at the beer bistro in Toronto.
Hazy ornage/yellow pour, small white head. Nice aroma of bready malts, some sweet malts, with a good dose of floral grassy hops. There isnt much funk or pepperiness going on, the carbonation was quite low, and the mouthfeel was a touch syrupy. This was a little dissapointing. The hops are gone, and the carb is low. Would have loved trying it fresh.

750ml bottle - 2020 Vintage. Pours a lightly hazed golden colour with a large and lasting foamy white head. The aroma is yeasty, brett, light spice and lemony. A moderately sweet and yeasty taste, brett, doughy malts, lemon, light woody and barnyard flavours with a dry and moderately bitter finish.

On tap at that San Diego LA Church taproom place. May '22. 8% brett. Weird square pint glass. Head bartender was a little peeved that I came in at 9:15 when they close at 10, lol. Slightly greasy, dull, but clear gold. Sharp, seltzerish, American wheat kinda nose. Taste is yeasty, some salt, iron, new American/mellow phenols, subtle acidity, lingering aspirin bitterness. Meh.
