Bottle 33cl. from Gastro-Beer @home poured into a chalice. Pitch black, tall creamy tan head, good retention and lacing. Aroma sweet malt, roast, liquorice, cocoa, light smoke. Taste light heavy sweet and slightly bitter, malty, roast, dark chocolate, coffee, candy sugar, spicy notes. Full-bodied, oily texture, average carbonation, rather complex malty sweetbitter aftertaste, roast, ash, light alcohol notes, more bitterness than in taste, lingering chocolate and coffee, sipper, good.

Huge cream-tan head over virtually black beer. Roast, ashes, liquorice, black chocolate. In the taste black chocolate, roast, and also coffee, which wasn't there in the nose. Gets drier in time, which is remarkable. Again ashes. Quite well-bodied, and well carbonated. Utterly heavy and silky smooth, alcohol hidden. Quite good Stout. Willems have ordered an interesting addition here. Txs to Stef!

Bottle. Color: Black, frothy beige head. Aroma: Roasted malt, herbal. Taste: Mix of roasted malt, coffee, some chocolate and herbal hints of anise. Just over medium body, below average carbonation. Alcohol is well hidden. Over moderate sweet, moderate bitterness. Smooth, almost a bit creamy mouthfeel. Ok Imperial Stout.
