0,05l from tap at the brewpub. yellow hazy colour, small white head. smells grainy, tobacco, bready, bit buttery, decent smell. light to medium body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of bread, citric, tobacco, light fruits. finishes lightly bitter with notes of tobacco, bread and citrus. rather decent, but has some light off notes.

Draught @ The Highlander, Vienna, Austria. Pours slightly hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of malt, light yeast, grain, white bread, hay. Flavor is quite sweet, malty, little sugar, light yeast, bread, hay, a light diacetyl note. Medium body, average carbonation, light sweet finish. 120816

Jan. ’16. On tap at the brewpub, as Helles. It poured a hazy lemon-yellow body with medium sized head. Very light chalky and herbal aroma. Flavor was light, too, yeasty and lemony. Thin and watery. A pleasant beer but definitely too light. An average brewpub helles I would say.

On Tap at the brewbub. Hell gelbes Bier mit einer geringen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch wässrig malzig, kaum hopfig, neutral. Geschmack getreidig malzig, gering süß, naja.

Draft @ the brewpub. Pours a slightly hazy yellow golden color with a longlasting white head. Has a fruity grainy aroma. Fruity grainy grassy bitter flavor. has a sweetish malty grainy finish with grassy hints.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy yellow with a small and creamy white head. Aroma is fruity and slight yeasty. Crisp bitter, fruity and mild yeasty. Light peachy and citrusy mixed with a bit of banana yeasty notes. Ends medium dry.

Draught at the brewpub. Very pale yellow, unfiltered. Ok head. Great nose, full of yeast, malt, and some fruit and some sweetness as well. Like the maerzen, though, the nose was better than the taste. It was decent, but there just was not enough malt. A bit sour too, which might be due to the remaining yeast. That alone was ok, but it needed more malt and a touch of sweetness to balance.

Muddy blond color. A bit of cereals aroma and flavor, reasonably good mouthfeel, not too complex.

Yellow coloured, small white head, dusty nose. Malty, mild hoppy and grainy with notes of hay and nuts in the finish. Quite watery.
