Hornin mallasrunko täydentää erittäin miellyttävää humalointia. Humalien (Citra,
Motueka) katkeruuden lisäksi esiin nousevat niiden kukkaiset ja hedelmäiset vivahteet.
Suomenlinnan Isolla Mustasaarella sijaitsee bastioni Horn. Se rakennettiin vuosina 1774-1775 korkealle kalliolle yhdistämään linnoituksen itärannan puolustuslinjoja.

Draft. Hazy amber beer with a cream head. Fruity aroma. Citrus and tropical fruit flavor. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Citrus and tropical fruit linger. Some lemon and slight dirtiness.

From can at the SysMus 2024-conference in Jyväskylä. Dark straw colour. White head. Aroma and taste of tawny orange marmalade, pale malt and slightly more roasted malt. Very good!

50cl can from Stockmann, Helsinki. Pours hazy, pale golden with a white head. Fruity aroma with plenty of tropical fruits, mild citrus and malty notes. Medium to moderate sweet with pleasant fruity flavours and a quite balanced bitterness. Quite enjoyable.

Draught@HBF2018. Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, fruity, some ginger, grass and alcohol tones. Flavour is fruity, wooden, herbal and some earthy notes in a good balance. Simplistic and clean.

Tap @ SOPP Hki 2018. Smell of hops and spruce. Clear amber colour, beige head. Aroma of hops and spruce. Lively carbon, medium bitter. Light flavours.

(Keg at Hilpeä Hauki, 20180626) The beer poured deep amber and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had resin, grass and sweetness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, resin, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy and bitter. A pleasant clean hoppy pale ale.

33cl bottle from Alko. Poured amber color with a thin white head. Malty, hoppy, grapefruit aroma. Floral, piny, grapefruity and malts in flavor. Good bitterness.

A dark, reddish orange colour, a head is medium and blond. Aroma has nice tropical fruitness, grapefruit-mandarin, some mango and caramel. Taste has grapefruit, other fruitness, but not so clearly as in the aroma, good amount of bitterness, medium. Medium bodied. Good beer.

Tap at HBF2018, Helsinki. Colour is slightly cloudy orange with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, hops and malts. Simple strong flavors. OK.
