Our Hazy IPA has moderate bitterness, and both citrus and tropical aromas and flavors from the use of Cascade, Mosaic and Galaxy hops. The addition of toasted coconut flakes and split whole vanilla beans give an enhancement to the tropical character of the hops, but without these flavors dominating this lovely beer.
