The return leg of our first set of collabs with San Diego’s North Park and it’s our most heavily hopped West Coast IPA we have ever brewed. And rightfully so. North Park have been carrying the torch for modern West Coast IPA with their lean, clean and incredibly hoppy beers. We have taken a leaf out of there book and hit this beer with a superstar lineup of hops in a variety of formats. With CITRA INCOGNITO, CITRA SPECTRUM, CITRA CRYO, SIMCOE T90, SIMCOE CRYO, MOSAIC T90 AND NELSON SAUVIN T90 all in the mix you can expect an intense melee of tropical and citrus fruits with a heavy dose of dank pine resin always poking through. This hop assault is presented through the clear lense of a simple pilsner malt base that finishes crisp and dry making this one hell of a IPA that drinks remakably easily for its ABV.

Canned, 440 ml at Ambasada. Cloudy yellow with medium white head. Citrus, some fruity notes, pine, nice bitter finish. Medium bodied.

Pours clear, pale strawyellow. Medium white head. Scent is mildly pine, somewhat malty. Taste is full, bitter, crisp, pine. Not overly intense. Ends a bit too sweet. Light carbo. medium to medium thin body.

44cal can, BB 06/05/2024, canned 06/11/2023.
Dorée/pâle, col blanc crémeux bien tenace.
Arôme est assez frais, bien fruitée - avec une belle note de pin et de résineux. Ce résineux vient à être plus agréable avec le temps. Note de fruit vert oscillant sur la groseille.
Palais est classique sur une base de côte ouest américaine cependant revu à la hausse avec une pléthore de nouveaux houblons et une déclinaison du houblon Citra en versions Incognito, Spectrum, Cryo. Fruité vert, résineux, citronnelle avec une touche de résineux qui revient en fin de bouche et une petite note de groseille.

440ml can. Clear golden, white head. Aroma of pine, dank, vinous, orange and grapefruit. Taste is piney, resinous, dank, vinous, orange and grapefruit, a touch of caramel, decent bitterness and dry finish. Great WC IPA.

Panda, big thanks to Cloin. Almost clear gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light airy palate, mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light malts, just a modicum of sweetness, no real creamy sweetness. Hops deliver a light smooth pine and citric peel hops, slightly bitter. Modest hop spice. Light dry finish. West coast in delivery style so just a pass from me, at least there was no caramel.
