--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Clear amber, mid sized head. Phenolic, somewhat sulphury nose. Mid sweet with light to medium body and clean mouthfeel. Fruity with apples and caramel. Low bitterness.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Amber colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is fruity, dried fruits, mild toffee and some mild caramel sweetness to it. Flavour is caramel, mild rubbery and some phenolic tones with a bit metal and some dried fruity tones. More like a Belgian easy going bruin than a Saison.... so not the cleanest brew, but gets away with it, atleast so far.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an almost clear amber with a creamy, off-white head. Fruity, caramelly and rather phenollic nose. Fairly rich body, spicy caramel, still phenollic but less than in the nose. Very potent bitterness. 080923
