[ As Nyköping Beery Christmas ].
ABV: 5.5%. Clear medium to dark brown colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, dark malt, roasted, coffee - cold coffee. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, caramel, toasted - roasted, coffee, sweet malt, nutty, dried fruit, malt bitter aand hops bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20240121]

Burk från SB. Mahognyfärgad klar vätska med lågt krämigt skum. Stor maltig kropp med rostade nötter, torkad frukt, mjöligt bröd, fudge, plommonkompott och en välavvägd beska. Någonstans mellan en stor Brown ale och en winter warmer. Brittisk så det förslår och mycket gott

440ml Can - Dark brown with red tinges and a very foamy head. Brown sugar, soapy hops, caramel and nuts in the aroma. Caramel, berries, brown sugar, roasted and toasted nuts, plus some soapy notes in the taste. Almost like a black IPA without carafa malts.

--Canned, from Systembolaget. -- Mahogany colour, small head. Aroma of hazelnuts, coffee and chicory. Dry with medium body and firm, well rounded mouthfeel. Dark bread, hints of chocolate. Hazelnuts and spices. Mid bitter finish. Really nothing fancy. Just very harmonious with well integrated flavours and thoroughly well made - like expected from this brewery.
