On tap at Sonny McSwines. Pours near black with a tan head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has has a good amount of roast with bitter dry dark grains and a hint of earthiness supporting. Flavor has dry dark grains throughout with a good amount of roast and a growing bitterness.

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Black body with a beige head. Faint lacing. Aroma of caramel and lightly roasted malt. Flavour of vanilla and chocolate. Medium body with a smooth texture. Very soft fizz. An impressive stout at a good price.

Two half-pints on Saturday 8th June 2024, Red Brick inside Wellington Market just before the costume parade for the Mid-Summer Fayre. Nice soft and smooth Irish Stout, black with a lasting tanned crust. Think Guinness but softer and smoother.

On tap. Pours a clear dark brown, almost black with a large, creamy, long lasting, beige head that leaves thick curtains of lace. Sweet aroma of roasted malt, dark chocolate, ash and coffee. Sweet flavour of roasted malt, dark chocolate and molasses in a dry, mild bitter coffee finish. Medium to full body with a thick, creamy, smooth texture and soft carbonation. Delicious.

Keg at Stockton Town FC clubhouse - solid black body with a firm tan head. Sweetish roasted chocolate and coffee nose, fairly creamy in the taste, good mouthfeel. Stoutie fucker.
