This is Hippie Uncle’s smaller cousin. A bit lower ABV makes it more sessionable and slightly stronger bitterness keeps it interesting.
The Hippie Cousin American Pale Ale is an old-style pale ale that brings us back to the early 2000’s, just about when the bitterness race began.
Brewed with CTZ, Centennial, Simcoe and Citra hops, for a complex combination of all those traditional APA aromas.

Can (from SOPP Shop Helsinki). Hazy orangeish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, some spruce, mild nectar and a bit some sweet malts. Flavour is floral, spruce, sweet malts, sweet malts and mild herbs too.

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Clear golden, small head. Aroma of marmelade. Mid sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with marmelade and pine. Long bitter finish.

A small taste from a friend (tap) @ Juova. Pours clear golden with a medium head. Aroma is slightly sweet malts. Flavor is slightly sweet malts with some fruity notes and some hops.

Tap @ TCBF 2022. Smell of sweet malt, some hops. Hazy amber colour, white head. Aroma of hops, citrus peel, faint of earth. Some overripe fruit. Medium bitter, mildly sweet. Flat carbon.

330ml can. Sweetish, resinous and caramely malty with hints of strawberries, grassy hops, pine and citrus. Hints of boiled vegetables and bitterness in the finish. Feels a bit off.
