Bottle at home in Hackney - thanks to Matteo! Opens with a loud hiss, smacking of over-carb. Pours mostly clear gold, effervescent, with a billowing, foamy white head. Dry, pithy citrus in the aroma, some crispy pale malts. Light sweet flavour with modest rindy bitterness, some nips of tangerine, orange peel, biscuits. Light bodied with lively, mouth-filling carbonation. Fairly clean in the finish, with further restrained citrus fruits, dried pale malts. Enjoyable beer.
