Golden colour, no head. Aroma is some apples, earth, mild minerals with some yeasty tones. Flavour is apples, some herbs, minerals, yeast and mild alcohol sweetness to it.

Plastic cask, 6.5% at GBBF08 as Barbourne Draught Cider. Cloudy orange colour. Thin citric flavour. A bit of salad mayo notes.
