Draught, third, session at Ølhallen, shared with Finn. Missing head, poor lacing, clear beige-golden body. Apple skins and passion fruits on the nose, quite inviting. Mixed taste of apples, passion fruits and ripe plums. Dry ending with moments of mid-tart apples. Quite refreshing. (Tromsø, 28.02.2025).

Draught@TCBW2022. Hazy yellow colour with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some apples and mild yeasty elements. Flavour is passionfruit, apple and some floral notes with a big tartness to it.

Bottle from Ölstudion. Pale, hazy golden with quick white fizz. Tart apples and passionfruit, misc red fruit. Weak raspberry. Super refreshing, dry with loads of minerality.

Pours slightly hazy golden with a short lasting white head. Aroma light tart with notes of raspberry, apple, passionfruit and some funk. Taste is medium sweet and light sour with an average red apple, slightly dry and passionfruit finish. Body is medium, texture is dry to thin, carbonation is slightly fizzy. Sweeter than I expected from the aroma and unfortunately not as complex as I hoped.

Brew Festival 2022. Golden-orange color with a white head. Aroma is apple, sourness, passion fruit. Flavor is apple, sourness, sugar, passion fruit, funk, grass, yellow raspberries. OK cider.
