Brewski 200 Units Barleywine 11% To go plastic cup for 1000¥ so a decent deal. Nice malty aroma with toasted notes while the taste was caramel and banana bread with a toffee glaze. VERY smooth tasting with no heat. Full bodied goodness that’s dangerously drinkable.

lattina 33 cl, bel cappello di schiuma beige grana medio/fine persistente, color ambrato/mogano limpido, al naso è potente liquore malto miele uvetta sotto spirito caramello zucchero di canna spezie, in bocca è liquorosa piena intenso malto tostato caramello uvetta sotto spirito zucchero di canna vino passito, corpo strutturato, l’alcool si sente e riscalda ma non disturba, carbonatazione piatta, molto dolce bilanciato da un amaro accentuato. On tap at Mikkeller Tokyo, pours a deep dark amber / mahogany with a small beige head. Aroma brings out lots of brown sugar, caramel and toffee. Flavour is rich, with tons of brown sugar, caramel, toffee and bready malt. Sweet but not cloying and balanced beautifully. Excellent.

Can@Littlepub, Vaasa. Deep brown colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is dry fruits, some caramel, chocolate, toast and some quite floral tones. Flavour is herbal, floral, dry fruity, wooden and some caramel, chocolate and mild alcohol sweetness to it. Rather bitter finish too.

Mørk mahognifarget klar med beige skum. Lukter lær, noe mynte og mørk sirup. Fyldig og bitter. Smaker urter, minner meg noe om Fernet Branca, noe salt og mørk karamell.
