Tap @ Blåveis. Unclear brown/amber body under a small, tan head. Strong aroma, almost intense. Ripe red berries, mature apple, cellar notes and cherry. Taste is rather sweet, coventrated apple, ripe apple, apple core, acidic cherry, mild wood and cellar notes. Fine balanced body with long lasting aftertaste. Pleasant, complex and solid in taste.

Draught@TCBW2022. Hazy red colour with a small pink head, that vanishes quite fast. Aroma is apples, some green apple skins, mild wooden tones with some slight cinnamon to it as well. Flavour is floral, some apples, mild green apple skins with a nice tartish dry finish.

Gusher... Pours hazy purple with a pinkish head. Aroma has notes of cherry, apple, vanilla and cherry pits. Taste is medium sweet and light sour with a long cherry, apple and vanilla finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is fizzy.

YG 230722. Red color with a pinkish head. Aroma is cherries, apples. Flavor is cherries, apples, funk, almond, wood, alcohol, marzipan. Very nice.

Bottle, 75cl corked. It's a deep candy red colored cider, more or less clear it seems, with a thin diminshing but reinforced dark pink head. The aroma is rather funky, with almondy cherry pits, cherry, wood notes, some super vague booze hints, even more cherry and then some apple. It's effervescent and full-bodied, very lightly warming and rather dry on the palate, with lots of cherry flavor. Cherry pits, some apple, alcohol and marzipan-ish cherry pits too. Lasting finish with cherry running the show, but getting some help from apple, cherry pits and alcohol. A really delicious one, showcasing cherries more than apple. 220723
