0.5 l bottle from ’Biermuda’, best before January 2017. Clear, golden amber with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, off-white head. Sweetish, slightly grassy aroma of caramel, honey and straw. Sweetish, slightly malty taste of caramel, honey, straw and hints of nuts, followed by a short, moderately bitter, minimally grassy finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!

Look: cloudy golden with an off-white creamy head.
Aroma: grains, dough, husky, light sweetness.
Taste: bread, dough, grains, juicy with a light acidity, light pleasant bitterness. Maybe some light fruitiness too.

”Liquid bread” is not and exaggerated term here.

Thanks to Erzengel for that one! Bottle looks very simple but really good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts fine malty-spicy, interesting herbal notes. Mild sourish. Finish spicy, light sourish, some notes of cookies. Dry background. Well balanced and quite drinkable. Gets better and better. Nice!

Orange & leicht trüb im Glas. Getreidig-milder Geruch. Der Antrunk ist malzig und leicht süßlich. Sehr süffig. Im Hauptteil vollmundig-malzig, sehr weich und leicht-hefig mild. Caramel, leicht malzig, angenehm herb im Nachgeschmack.
Tolles Bier. Echt lecker! --> 12/13/12/13
