Cask. Amber colour with a minor head. Aroma is fruity, sweet nectary and mild wooden notes. Flavour is quite similar, but also has some mild toasted and cocoa notes to it. Bittery wooden finish.

Cask (gravity dispense), St Albans Beer Festival 2005. Dark ruby colour with lasting beige bubbly head. Nice choc malts and quite fresh. Very dry finish.
