Can 44 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque golden with a small, white head. Yeasty, fruity nose - but not particularly bananaish. Medium body, sweet fruit and a little banana - quite high in carbonation. No bitterness. They didn't quite get this right. 110924

GYG 230324. Golden-straw color with a white head. Aroma is wheat, lemon, spices. Flavor is wheat,, bread, malt, lemon, banana, spices, hay, grass. Ordinary beer.

Can. A gusher, resulting in a mostly clear straw-golden colored body under a collapsing white head. Quite weak aroma with some bready malts, lemon, banana and spices. It's medium bodied and quite effervescent, and with a light acidity. Pale malts, bread, hay, grass and some lemon, banana and spiced hints in the flavor. Medium length finish. Not foul, but quite dull. 240323

440 ml can, from Joker Vatlandsvåg. ABV is 4.7%. Hazy straw colour, large to moderate white head. Sickly bad smell of stale jam and vomit. The flavour is better, citric and wheaty notes with a hint of cloves, but the smell ruins it all.

440ml can, #870, bought at Eide Handel. Pours a big white head over a near-clear pale yellow body, a wheat haze to the last pour. Crocheted lacing. Promising smell of ripe fruits, mid-sweet. Wheat fruity flavours, citric and banana notes to it, lightly spiced. Drying close with ripe fruits. Decent version of the style. (Tromsø, 13.10.2023).
